Replace the closed Mali userspace path on reComputer RK3588 DevKit with the Panthor/Mesa stack used by the final DP/HDMI hotplug fix. Changes included: - enable RECOMPUTER_GPU_STACK=panthor and skip the libmali G610 package - install Mesa 25 packages from bookworm-backports for Bookworm desktop images - install the Mali CSF firmware into the rootfs and initramfs for Panthor - remove Mali ldconfig, GBM and GLVND wrappers when Panthor is selected - enable CONFIG_DRM_PANTHOR and disable the vendor Mali kbase configs This fixes the 4K DP/HDMI hotplug failure caused by the closed Mali GBM stub path while preserving GPU acceleration through Mesa/Panthor.
Apply local patch to the PR branch: - Enable rockchip-rk3588-panthor-gpu DT overlay when RECOMPUTER_GPU_STACK=panthor - Add post_family_tweaks hook to retry GDM on HDMI hotplug so Wayland starts reliably after the PHY/VOP pipeline becomes ready - Allow Mesa install from stock repos for non-bookworm releases
