• Some small de Translation fixes

Had a small view on it and found some more things to fix:

• Badge "Wanderer" should say "{0} Stein Pokemon gefangen", the last word is missing.
• Badge "Hexe" should say"{0} Geist Pokemon gefangen", the last word is missing an n.
• Badge "Backpacker" should say "{0} PokeStops besucht", i think "Pokeregistrierte Stops" is nonsense.

Unfortunately i don't know how to fix this myself, so maybe you could add these fixes to your PR.

I have noticed sth "untranslated" in the Pokedex:
The text says e.g. in the Pidgey details "7 times gefangen" which is a mix of english and german. Same goes for "7 times gesehen" ... haven't had a look where this code is located. I might do it tmrw unless OP does it before me ;)

EDIT: It is line 747 which needs to be translated "times" -> "Mal"
(dont exactley know if capitalized or not, guts tell me capitalized, google agrees)
