Amend Roomote 0.35.0 release notes

Amendment

Adds the latest develop fixes to the existing Roomote 0.35.0 release notes without changing the product version:

• Let administrators disconnect GitLab, Gitea, and Bitbucket OAuth connections when provider client credentials come from runtime configuration.
• Preserve deleted-line review thread anchors on Bitbucket and Azure DevOps so later reviews can match and reply to existing inline comments.
• Let sync reviews resolve Roomote-authored inline threads after verifying the flagged code was fixed, including when GitHub marks the original anchor outdated.

This consumes every pending changeset while preserving the existing release summary and highlights.

• Pre-push checks (oxlint, residual lint, fast type checks, and knip)

After merge

Dispatch the Release workflow with version 0.35.0 to fast-forward release/v0.35.0 from the amended develop tip and refresh Promote v0.35.0 to production.
