This copies the scripts from the bootcamp branch to automatically convert between notebook files and github-friendly markdown files. Some new conventions were added to the contributor guidelines to support these scripts.
Before merging, the download cell at the bottom of each notebook should be tagged to be hidden and the markdown files regenerated.
