Upgrade Vite+ from 0.1.24 to 0.2.1 and migrate from the removed test wrapper to upstream Vitest 4.1.9.

Details

• Pins vite-plus and the Vite+ core alias to 0.2.1.
• Pins vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 to the bundled 4.1.9 version.
• Removes the @voidzero-dev/vite-plus-test override.
• Regenerates the Bun lockfile with one Vitest version.
