…manifest summaries Add a new fixit rule that detects multiline values in the manifest summary and autofixes them into a single-line short description. This keeps the check limited to valid __manifest__.py files on Odoo 20.0+ and adds tests covering version gating, __openerp__.py exclusion, and autofix behavior.
