Drops the Arquillian container deployment and the ShardRange/DocumentRange nested subclasses in favor of extending AbstractQueryTest directly, with the SHARD/DOCUMENT ingest range parameterized via @ParameterizedTest + EnumSource since the two variants only differed in ingest range and the resulting collapseUids setting. Query plan assertion is disabled since this test only cares about ivarator interrupt/UUID result behavior, not the planned query string. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
