- The AnnotationReader, AnnotationWriter, AnnotationSourceReader and AnnotationSourceWriter all define the various contracts for these methods.
- Improved javadoc on the AnnotationDataAccess class.
- Removed unimplemented stubs for add/update/delete methods for Segments in AnnotationDataAccess.
- This is a prelude to Annotation read federation.
