Summary

  • Reject incompatible direct occurrence configs before dynamic-inference buffers are allocated.
  • Preserve supported semantic layer maps and the explicit legacy static-engine path.
  • Bypass direct validation and state remapping for legacy HybridModels.

Stacked on #6297.
