This instruction provides basic information about how to use the notebook.

Before loading the notebook, please make sure you have installed julia (version = 1.12).

Download the whole folder to the place you know. Note that, in some cases, the folder only has 'read-only' permission, and this would not allow the normal functioning of the notebook.

Open the folder, find the notebook: first_tutorial.jl, and cope the path.

Open Julia, and launch Pluto, by running 'using Pluto', followed by 'Pluto.run()'. A window will pop-up. You can paste the copied path in and open the notebook.

Click 'run the notebook' tab at the top-left corner.
We included an off-line webpage in the folder. This webpage contains the details of the structure of the model.
Here in alphabetical order. For the final repo, keep the relevant authors, change the order and (optionally) indicate roles as needed
