Overview
Bumps the monorepo release to 979.0.0 and publishes a coordinated set of package releases: @metamask/account-tree-controller@7.4.0, @metamask/assets-controllers@108.0.1, @metamask/profile-sync-controller@28.1.0, @metamask/multichain-account-service@10.0.0, and initial @metamask/snap-account-service@0.1.0 (changelog + package version updates).

Updates dependent packages to consume the new versions (notably account-tree-controller now depends on multichain-account-service@^10 and profile-sync-controller@^28.1, and several controllers bump profile-sync-controller/assets-controllers), and refreshes yarn.lock accordingly.
