This review skeleton is NOT active at this point, and needs to be independently started As developers work on PR, review skeleton will be updated with new versions of files Notifications to reviewers has not gone out When ready, navigate to the review from the PR, and configure it Select group Apply template based on type of review Assign participants Start review Click "INSPECT" at top of page to start review Notifications go out to reviewers at this point Review is officially active
