MP-3742 reports that the verifier incorrectly shows the Selenium UI Testing plugin's own content modules and IDE-exposed synthetic markers as unresolved "missing mandatory dependencies".
I checked that this was already fixed by 843606d.
I'm adding a regression test for that case.
