In the context of improving the public API for identifiers, we are currently introducing new public endpoints for identifiers.
This pull request adds the documentation for the new DELETE endpoint, but it is not yet linked in the sidebar. Once all five new endpoints have been added, we will update the sidebar and deprecate the existing identifier endpoints.
