Now the logic is directly moved into
Invoke-WPFInstallandInvoke-WPFUnInstallalso some minor fixes like winget/choco not installing when uninstalling packages and on install choco won't show that it's installing apps
also added the
-ignore-checksumsargument for choco installs so apps like autorun for example won't fail to install
