- Parse NetCDF time units and compute INPUT_DT_DAYS - Fix hourly time indexing for NetCDF forcing - Apply amult_q to observed runoff - Convert routed runoff outputs to mm per timestep - Add configurable SCE seed for reproducible tests - Clean outdated mm/day comments and metadata Notes: - Daily timestep behavior verified. - Hourly runoff outputs now align with observed runoff units. - Internal process equations remain unchanged.
