Ref: Beastwick18#39 Results filtered by [exclude] are stored alongside unfiltered results at fetch time. Pressing `.` switches between the two views without a network round-trip. The results title shows "[show all]" when excluded items are visible. All item-level operations (download, yank, batch select, navigation) respect the current view.
