Would it be better to rewrite this section of IS-10 to be a bit less strongly tied to HTTP verbs and URL paths, and delegate the meaning of the value to BCP-003-02 or each interface spec? Possibly keeping the rules here for specs/APIs which follow the traditional HTTP pattern with URLs like /x-nmos/{spec}/{specVersion}/...? BCP-003-02 already describes one exception for a different protocol - IS-07 Events WebSocket.
