CEP approach is slowly being replaced by new UXP platform, addon's extension should be modified to it too.
UXP would probably issues with PS not showing extension like these https://community.ynput.io/t/photoshop-addon-on-arm/1938
It seems that UXP support is since Photoshop 2021, so it is reasonable switching. CEP plugins would be available only with older versions of ayon-photoshop.
