AYON toolset and its windows been minimized upon triggering it via mouse clicking

Description

Whenever user triggers some AYON toolset action e.g. AYON > Workfiles the tools stays minimized on the systray which leads to a confusion of the user as it seems nothing actually happened after clicking the tool menu entry.

The AYON tools and its windows should be always visible as in other host apps. This issue was also reported in Adobe After Effects too. So it seems Adobe products related issue.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open PS app
2. Navigate to the AYON tools and trigger e.g. Workfiles tool
3. The tool stays minimized on the sys tray
