YN-0974: Lists: Move list should use add to list dialog

Please describe the issue you have encountered?

You can move a list or list folder between folders using the "move" menu item.

When there are lots of folders the sub menus become hard to navigate.

• Remove sub menus
• Clicking "Move" opens lists dialog showing only folders to select
• Single selection

This is very similar to Add to lists #2183

Implemented via PR #2221: the context-menu 'Move list'/'Move folder' now opens a single-select folder picker dialog (same UX as 'Add to lists'), replacing the nested submenus. Circular moves are prevented and the destination stays visible while choosing.
