Add support for .talonlist files

Add support for loading lists from .talonlist files during autodoc generation. It will probably need to be added to the list of suffixes that are checked to load them.

Would we needed to add an additional parser for them or does the talon treesitter library support them?

There's one minor difference between them, at least, last time I checked.

Of course, Talon list files are much more limited, but they also permit unquoted strings at the top-level of the RHS of each definition.

The plan for supporting Talon lists was to abstract the productive in the grammar.js file a bit, and then use those abstractions to define grammars for both Talon and Talon list files.
