Is it possible to disable the default queue?

I don't see any queue templates in the chart so not sure how it's happening but would it be possible to delete or configure the default queue from the chart?

It's created default by volcano scheduler, but seems also reasonable to create by yaml.

That would be nice so that we don't have to patch it after the install. In our case we want to make sure that nobody is using the default queue for unlimited gpu resources.
