chore(deps): bump @ast-grep/napi for arm linux (#1437)

On ARM Linux, ast-grep's binary is broken prior to
ast-grep/ast-grep@eef144b
and fails with `undefined symbol: le16to` (see
ast-grep/ast-grep#2429)
