radxa e24c wan port misconfiguration

Hello.
I've installed releasse from here openwrt_rk3528_e24c_R25.11.25_k6.1.118-rk35xx-flippy-2511b.img.gz

I've tried to connect wan port of radxa e24c to router's lan but nothing happened - no ip, no devices in routers list.
At some moment i've noticed that lan3 led blinks on the front panel, not the wan.
When i've inserted ethernet cable to lan3 everything worked - wan led blinks and connection with router works.

I'm not shure is it configuration or hardware issue.
