Implemented NPM authentication for private repos
Also couple small fixes for
tsed update:SetdisableReadUpPkg: truebecause otherwise it just overwrites my package.json with an empty one. I also feel like something is wrong with this logic@tsed/barrelsupdates because it doesn't follow tsed versioningWith these changes I was able to update my project from 8.8.2 to 8.12.4
