Problem Description
Set consistency value error doesn't currently show from where the failing data is coming from.
in schemas/base.py:
Value error, Data for x contains set values [x,y,z] that do not match any set.
Feature Description
The error should point to where x is, e.g. on Technology, TimeDefinition etc.
