Recreating Project That Was Previously Deleted Shows Multiple Readme Files

Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit

While troubleshooting other issues I created the "Test" project multiple times. After I delete the project I delete the Dropbox folder manually. However, if I add a new project with the same name (Test), the readme file will show up multiple times. If I delete and recreate the project 3 times I get 3 readme files.
