Don't start off Tutorials with templates

Tutorial 1 should not introduce the A/S template (https://github.com/square/workflow-kotlin/tree/main/fileTemplates) . Instead it should have people manually type in code

reasons:

1. I have separate suggestions to change the templates. Making changes to templates will required changes to tutorials to keep them in sync.
2. Manually typing the code really helps with learning it
3. Showing the full code in Tutorial 1 would help walk through it easier
4. The StatefulWorkflow and LayoutRunner templates both create the same file. If you walk through Tutorial 1 you'll end up with Welcome.kt for the workflow and then when creating the LayoutRunner you'll get a "Welcome.kt file already exists" error. So at the very least the templates are already not working for the tutorials

Nevermind, Turns out this was pretty straight forward once I tweaked the templates see #393.
