Inactivity / Idle Detection

Add a feature to the desktop app that automatically detects when there was no activity for f.e. 5 minutes and prompts the user to either confirm that the active timer should remain running or stop the timer when the inactivity started.

Agree, it would be a hard requirement for me. Toggl does this in a good btw, if looking for inspiration.

Cool :-). I've just tested it. It even works in wayland (at least under kde plasma)!

It's currently a beta release because I ran into some problems on the ARM platforms, especially on Linux. I hope I get around to fixing it next week. If you notice any problems feel free to let me know.

Does the app detect sleep separately to inactivity? I would prefer the timer to stop when my mac sleeps automatically without a prompt 🤔

But now I realise perhaps it will be enough to have sleep detected as idle. I might try that for a week and see if that suits my needs (such as sleeping on a Friday afternoon and resuming Monday morning).

The idle approach does solve this problem but it feels weird to leave a timer running over nights and weekends. I'm working on a feature to remind me if I'm active for a period without a timer running, only during certain hours, and also stop the timer if my system suspends outside those hours. These are Clockify features I have relied on heavily for a while.

I don't mind running a fork for now, but if my other improvements are welcomed I can clean it up and propose it as a feature.
