Blockquotes "padding right" does not apply on Android

Describe the bug
After installing the nightly version (^0.8.0-nightly-20260731-e189caeda) to access the new padding and borderRadius properties for blockquotes, I saw that the vertical padding was fine but not the padding right on android

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Type something inside a blockquote and add character by character until reaching the right and side border.

Expected behavior
It should break line and let a padding visible on the right hand side

@K4GOS I did some deeper research and we have an issue. On Android the blockquote is drawn as inline spans inside the shared text layout, which only lets us inset the leading (left) edge — there's no way to pull the trailing edge in per-paragraph, so right/horizontal padding can't work until we move GFM blockquotes to their own self-contained component (the rework tracked in #608, planned for next week, mirroring what we did for code blocks), and note that on the commonmark flavor padding will most likely stay vertical-only.
