Sloth 0.13.0 - any help needed?

Hey @slok, wondering if the community can help with the big Sloth 0.13.0 refactor and if there is anything you need a hand with :)

The next release will be released during August/September 😄

Sloth is not (and will not be a project) with scheduled releases, however, as you may know from other conversations, Sloth creates container images for all the new pushes that are get into main branch, so you can use these and not get blocked, you can safely use docker pull ghcr.io/slok/sloth:ff0dced6a3ee6814e8954d25c8ebb1021050ce3b latest commit.

Sloth is being updated, is more flexible with the current plugins and you can get container images with the latest features and updates.

What would change the v0.13 tag in your case?
