DeprecationWarnings in Node.js (punycode and url.parse())

Hi Surge team,
I noticed that when running Surge on the latest Node.js version, it shows the following DeprecationWarnings:

[DEP0040] The punycode module is deprecated

[DEP0169] url.parse() behavior is deprecated
Could you please update Surge to use the WHATWG URL API and a userland punycode package?
