Starting with PR #394 and #395, hdf5plugin embeds plugin code from https://github.com/HDFGroup/hdf5_plugins rather than the initial upstream repository.
Evaluate if it is relevant to do this for other filters (e.g. bzip2) and eventually for all filters available in hdf5_plugins.
