Local proxy server

Is it possible to make the application not use the API of Android, instead, it created a local proxy server. this will help you use openvpn with a firewall like rethink dns.

See the openvpn man page. But there is a very good chance that it doesn't work at all since a lot of the other app that do DNS filtering or similar are also using VPN interface and only one app can use that interface at a time.
