This will cause things to break if the user specifies a three-digit version number -- can you revert this one? Many packages depend on more specific versions of boost -- just change CbtfKrell to depend on boost@1.59.0 instead of boost@1.59.

Hi Todd, I pushed changes that revert the boost change and change the mrnet variant name to lwthreads. |

These are the initial spack build package changes for the Krell Insitute and Argo Navis Technologies, LLC related products. This pull request adds these new packages: xerces-c, cbtf, cbtf-krell, cbtf-argonavis, cbtf-lanl, and openspeedshop. It alters several others with patches or options that are needed to support the Krell related projects.
