Lab Work >Visium >3’ Library Construction (sit under Library Amp and generation)
This is like the Library amp&gen page, but we skip the initial transfer (because it has already happened)
So we start with dual index plate op
The dual index plate type is different (already exists in Stan)
And the cdna conc (instead of the cq value) is loaded from an ancestral labware
Start with Dual index plate operation
Scan in labware(s)
Select SGP(s) per labware
Input labware = Library pre-clean
Plate Type: Dual Index TT Set A (default - can we get a warning if TS plate is inputted in operation) - depend of dual index plate bacrode scans in
Allocate indexes. as is (dual index plate operation)
select button at the bottom of the page Proceed to ‘record cycle’
Add warning if not cDNA concentration is found
QC info from ancestral labware for cDNA concentration (this is the only ‘active’ daughter labware other than the block itself if that helps find it/pull it in)
Entert he cycle numbers
Screensnip below: ‘CQ VALUE’ to be replaced with ‘cDNA concentration pg/ul’
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XBhP4UfgHSJyrj182Uxhx8NWkZzbcjlsSSfXLe_yFOs/edit?usp=sharing
Add column on Visium_amp_view for cDNA concentration
