Interviewer Helper is a voice-enabled assistant application that uses speech recognition and artificial intelligence to help you practice interviews. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share data.
- We access your device's microphone to record your voice during app usage
- Audio is processed locally on your device through Android's SpeechRecognizer service
- The text transcribed from your voice recordings
- The conversations between you and the app
OpenAI GPT API
- Your transcribed voice input is sent to OpenAI's servers to generate responses
- Data shared with OpenAI is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service
- We do not permanently store your conversation history on OpenAI's servers
Android Speech Services
- We use Android's built-in speech recognition and text-to-speech services
- Voice data may be processed by Google as part of these services
- We do not permanently store audio recordings on our servers
- Text transcriptions are sent to OpenAI's API but are not permanently stored by us
- We do not maintain user accounts or persistent user profiles
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we process, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You can:
- Stop using the app at any time
- Revoke microphone permissions through your device settings
Our service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within app updates.
