[release] for Rocq 9.3.0

We need a release for 9.3.0, this issue is to coordinate with @KacperFKorban and @shilangyu . What should be done/merged/fixed before 3.5.0?

• 9.3 in CI (opam only, nix: nix 9.3 #1294)

AFAIK, there is no known bug that is a regression, so it should be ready for release even now? Otherwise, these PRs are very close to be merged:

• Pretty print json only for logging #1290: perf, only needs a review
• feat: textDocument/foldingRange #1256: feat, I think @KacperFKorban you said it needs a bit of polish and it's ready?
• feat: completions for vernac commands #1251: feat, only needs a review

If we can review and merge these features soon, it would be good to release them so that users can start testing and reporting potential problems.

@gares do you think interruption is stable enough? Does it resolve #373?

I think that I can finish polishing #1256 this week. Other than that, I don't have any other PRs ready that should be merged before the release.
