For my use case I'd like to lock down the number of simultaneous client connections the horizon server will accept. I could see this perhaps being useful for others as well and I looked around the issues a little but didn't see any discussion of this as a possible flag or config.toml setting. I haven't dug into the code too much but was curious if others think this would be useful. I'm thinking about diving in and creating a PR if it isn't going to be too much work but I'm interested in others thoughts on this.
