Generate a coaching session agenda (summary)

As a coach (and a coachee) I would like to be able to have an agenda generated that lives somewhere near the top of the coaching session notes that summarizes the following information relevant for this session:

1. Some kind of title?
2. Our session goals
3. Actions due from last time for this session
4. Topics for this session

This could be triggered by a button that the coach can click on to regenerate at any time.

Perhaps this could be an inline collapsible framed section within the coaching notes itself.
