vcl doesnt work

when i open vcl it gives a message that it can only be used on the computer it was installed on do you have an installer for vcl?

Oh, okay, I never actually ran it as my AV doesn't like it and it was "just a passworded zip".
Okay I've uploaded what looks like the original archive with the password.
Can you confirm the install.exe and pkunzip.exe both work in your sacrificial VM.

     V.C.L. is self-checking, and will wipe itself from disk if any
essential executable or data file is corrupted or altered in any
way.  Virus Creation Laboratory will only work on the computer upon
which it was installed.  If you wish to distribute V.C.L. to
others, feel free to do so, but you must re-install from the
original .ZIP using INSTALL.EXE.

Install.exe and Pkunzip.exe both work but it seems to hang when creating the configuration file still thanks for uploading the original zip really appreciate it
