Query regarding streetscape's sc.point_level() output.

Hello,
Thanks for the nice library.
I am using streetscape's sc.point_level() function to see variation at points.
However, at one single point has high sb_count (17) much higher than the nearby points.

I am attaching the image importing the data in Qgis.

The circle is a buffer of 50m radius around that point.

Same is the case with os_count (38), whereas nearby points have 2.
Could there be a reason why this point has higher values than its near by points?
