Describe the bug

All pages have the default title (taken from app.html.heex): Plausible · Simple, privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics

Expected behavior

I'm not too sure if it's a feature or a bug, but I'm happy to create a pull request with more specific titles, such as "Home", "Settings", etc.

看起来所有页面都在用 app.html.heex 里的默认 <title> 标签。建议检查各页面的 LiveView 是否正确调用了 Phoenix.Component.assign_new/3 或 page_title assign，确保动态标题能覆盖默认值。
