Unofficial fork available

Hi folks,

I am not in a position to take ownership of this repo, but I don't mind bringing it up to date for a couple of releases. I will try to get a 7.x 8.x and 9.x plugin here: https://github.com/eidosmontreal/sonar-scm-perforce

So far, I merged all pending pull requests and released a new version from them. Feel free to send me other pull requests over there, I will try to merge them and keep a binary up to date.

I have now released and tested a plug-in for each or v7, v8 and v9 that include the pull requests and bugs reported in the issues here.
