Feature Request: Support for Jalali (Shamsi) and Gregorian calendar in Date field

Description

It would be very useful if the date field in Payload CMS supported multiple calendar systems, allowing developers or admins to choose between Gregorian and Jalali (Shamsi) calendars.

Use Case

In some regions, especially Iran and surrounding countries, users primarily work with the Jalali (Persian) calendar. Currently, dates must be converted manually, which adds complexity to applications and admin workflows.

Proposed Solution

Add an option in the date field configuration, for example:

I wish those of you who already have experience developing plugins for Payload CMS would take the time to add this feature to Payload CMS.

I understand, but developing this feature requires deep knowledge of the CMS Payload structure.

Is there currently no manual workaround to fix this issue?

Because in the collections list, the date should also be displayed in the Jalali (Persian) calendar so that the site admin can sort the posts based on the Jalali date, for example.
