DSM2 Surface not supported in latest release and latest test build expired.

There is no latest test build working at https://downloads.multi-module.org/latest-test/ and the release version is so old it still does not support DSM2 SFC even though that protocol is documented here https://github.com/pascallanger/DIY-Multiprotocol-TX-Module/blob/master/Protocols_Details.md#sub_protocol-dsmr_1f---5.

This actually appears to be an issue with the firmware for the MT12 at https://downloads.multi-module.org/

I just downloaded the same version number but straight from github for the MM-STM version and it now includes DSM2 Surface.
