Add Indonesian Localization

Hello DBeaver team,

I would like to propose adding Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) as one of the supported UI languages in DBeaver.

DBeaver is widely used by students, educators, and professionals in Indonesia. Providing an Indonesian localization could make the application more accessible, especially for beginners who are less comfortable with English.

Rather than translating every technical term literally, I believe a hybrid localization approach would provide the best user experience. General UI elements could be translated (e.g., Open, Save, Preferences, Connection), while widely recognized database and development terms such as SQL, Driver, Commit, Rollback, Trigger, and Index could remain in English. This approach is commonly used in many developer tools and is familiar to Indonesian users.

I would be interested in contributing to the Indonesian translation if the maintainers think this would be a valuable addition to the project.
