allow creation of customised CSV export formats

currently, if you select CSV as the export Target, and change say the line break character, its global. next time you use it, you will get the format used last time, which may have been a special case. Then you cant get back to the defaults, and you cant save the format.

I would like to see a feature which allows duplicating and editing export targets, so I can create a custom CSV format. I would also like to see the default CSV format and all its setting (including exporter settings and formatting) either not be editable, or a way to get back to it after having to make many changes for a specific use case.
