Can't find tenant name in APEX

After the installation process the tenancy name is not beeing showed in the APEX and due that there is no information showed as "No Data Found, Please Choose Tenant, Date and press Submit."

Hi, you need to log in to the VM and check the boot.log file. Please make sure there are no errors connecting to Object Storage or downloading the CSV files.

Additionally, you must connect to the parent tenant, not the child tenant.

Please advise once you check the boot.log

Here is all what I got when I look into the boot.log

there is nothing regarding connection to object storage Errors or CSV files being downloaded.
And Just to confirm yes, we do have only the partent tenant.

Is there any service restart or reeboot required in order to get that process started?

If it does not continue, it likely means you do not have access to GitHub. Your VCN needs to have either a NAT Gateway or an Internet Gateway (IGW), because the setup downloads files from GitHub in order to continue.
